Job Title: Executive Director

Podium Catchers Consultant Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority.
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Work Environment:

The Executive Director will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Language:

The primary language of communication is English.

Work Hours:

The Executive Director will work 40 hours per week.
