About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Sun Accounting and Tax Service Ltd. as a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare and process payroll, including calculating and preparing cheques for employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: QuickBooks, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
