About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Assistant to join our team at IFORTUNE HOMES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design development and preparation of working drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Assist in the creation of architectural designs and plans, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Working Drawings: Prepare and finalize working drawings, including presentation graphics and drawings.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Asset Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
