About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Parswami Investments Ltd. dba South Point Pharmacy & Medical Clinic. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pharmacy Operations: Assist with the preparation, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of medications and prescription records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls, to support the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn, with a strong desire to develop skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations.
