Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at United Engineering Ltd., a Ralmax Group Company. As a Welder, you will play a critical role in the fabrication of metal components and assemblies.

• Perform routine maintenance of welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to workplace safety policies and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate any unsafe conditions or accidents/injuries to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the position as assigned.

• Journeyman's certificate.
• Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training.
• C.W.B Welding Certification (current) in both FCAW & SMAW.
• Pressure certification.
• PWP-10 Training.
• Experience welding stainless steel preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to set goals and initiatives.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
• Mature, professional, and optimistic attitude.
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.

• Physical ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Travel to off-site locations may be required.
• Safety equipment will be required.
• Overtime as required.
• Hazards associated with the trade.
• Work both indoors and outdoors.
