Work Setting
  • Various locations including cinemas, hotels, parking lots, and security agencies
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks
  • Assist clients and guests with specific needs
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency
  • Oversee the functionality of computer systems and machinery
  • Monitor production quality and performance
  • Manage the cleaning of specialized items
  • Prepare and submit various reports
  • Order necessary materials and supplies
  • Resolve operational issues and recommend improvements
  • Supervise mechanical equipment operations
  • Schedule and review team activities
  • Train staff on job responsibilities and safety protocols
  • Supervise both office and volunteer personnel
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Supervision

Responsible for overseeing a team of 16-20 personnel.

Security and Safety

Must pass a criminal record check.

Experience

Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
