As a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic talent processes and programs for assigned teams, serving as a trusted advisor to People Leaders on day-to-day coworker matters, and demonstrating exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive requests and information.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive CDW-wide strategic talent processes and programs for assigned teams, including Performance Management Process, Merit Review, and Succession Planning
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to People Leaders on day-to-day coworker matters, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  3. Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive requests, information, and data

Requirements:

  1. Strong ability to partner with the business on driving solutions
  2. Strong, comprehensive knowledge of human resource Canadian legislation and provincial employment laws
  3. Demonstrated ability to research, assess, and define a variety of employee relations issues and to disseminate the appropriate advice
