**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Accurately record customer transactions and maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Replenish merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes as needed
  • Maintain planograms, labels, and tickets
  • Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, including those related to tobacco and lottery sales
  • Follow health and safety policies and guidelines
  • Ensure loss prevention best practices are followed

**Requirements**

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and/or walk, bend, twist, and squat, and lift and/or move up to 18 kg (40 lbs.)
