About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Edmonton team. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the smooth operation of one of our larger distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all facets of branch operations, including customer service, shipping/receiving, and product inventory.
  • Uphold superior customer service standards in branch operations and lead a team of skilled professionals.
  • Develop and implement operational protocols to ensure efficiency and maximize profitability.
  • Provide support to the external sales team and adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Participate in organizational change management efforts and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment and 2-5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
What We Offer
  • Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
  • Profit sharing.
  • Full benefits package.
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm work hours.
