Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at PLANET E LTD. as an Event Planner and Marketing Strategist. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in digital marketing, event planning, and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Develop and implement all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes, ensuring they align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.
- Program Implementation: Implement communication strategies and programs to achieve our marketing objectives.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Training and Development: Train staff on digital marketing best practices and provide ongoing support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including planning development projects and responding to enquiries from members of the business community.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in digital marketing, event planning, and communication strategies.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in HTML editing software, JavaScript, MS Word, and Google Drive.
- Area of Work Experience: Product development and digital media.
- Area of Specialization: Digital media and technical support.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, team player, accurate, and reliable.
