Job Overview

As a Forklift Operator at F&P Mfg. Inc., you will be responsible for receiving and storing incoming components, servicing production lines with necessary materials, and transporting finished products to the shipping facility. Your duties will include:

  • Unloading and loading materials, ensuring accurate stacking and organization for future use
  • Inspecting product loads for accuracy and safely moving them around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely delivery
  • Operating a forklift to move materials in and out of racking systems and shipping trailers
  • Providing excellent customer service by meeting production requirements in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous forklift training and a good driving record
  • Experience operating a forklift in a production or distribution environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet production requirements in a safe and efficient manner
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and bar scanning systems
