About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wood Product Assembler to join our team at BRC Group - Tayco. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing high-quality wood products, ensuring they meet our strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and manufacture wood products, including desks, credenzas, and storage units, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting and testing products throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Operate hand and power tools, such as drills and pneumatic guns, to assemble and finish products.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines and achieve quality goals.
  • Take initiative to identify and resolve production issues, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in manufacturing and quality control.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
