About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team at 2170432 ONTARIO INC. as a Construction Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
    • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
    • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained facility.
    • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in various locations, including construction sites and facilities.
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a clean and organized environment.
    • Perform repetitive tasks, such as cleaning and maintenance, to ensure a high level of quality.
    • Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Organized and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
