Chief Financial Officer

The Finance Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Finance function at JAN-PRO of Southwestern Ontario. Reporting directly to the President, this individual is responsible for implementing the strategic direction for the Finance function, ensuring seamless integration with the company's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to the President and other stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for growth and improvement.
- Odoo ERP Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Odoo ERP system, ensuring its effective integration with the Finance function and providing training to staff members.
- Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Management: Supervise and performance-manage the Payroll Coordinator and Accountant, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their duties.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with department directors and program managers to develop and implement financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Financial Systems and Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor financial systems, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Finance function.
- Leadership Team Support: Provide financial and analytical support to the President and the Leadership Team, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic planning.
