Position Overview

As a Culinary Support Staff member at Katson Enterprises Ltd., you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing basic food items to meet our quality standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Utilize both manual and electrical tools to clean, peel, slice, and trim various food items.
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and properly store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other designated storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Efficiently remove kitchen waste and trash to uphold a tidy work environment.
  • Vegetable and Fruit Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as required for meal preparation.
Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
