Key Responsibilities- Bakery Operations: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Team Management: Train and develop a team of skilled bakers and pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and productivity.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
