Position Overview:

We are in search of a Software Test Lead to oversee our dynamic software development and testing division. This role is pivotal in the creation, advancement, and deployment of state-of-the-art process monitoring tools tailored for advanced manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a dedicated team of software testers
  • Formulating strategies to enhance our testing methodologies
  • Innovating improvements for our automated testing frameworks based on Python
  • Collaborating with software development and application teams to devise and implement testing plans, timelines, and priorities for new features
  • Working alongside support teams to diagnose and resolve potential software challenges

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and learning skills
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance testing
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading software testing teams
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development
  • Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycles and testing methodologies
  • Experience in hardware testing is a valuable asset
