We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Transportation Operations to join our team at Affordable Transport Management Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong background in transportation management, leadership, and strategic planning.

- Staff Management: Select, develop, and manage a team of middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to support our transportation operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, transportation management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role in transportation management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
- Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal awareness and team player skills. Leadership skills.
- Participation in Government or Community Programs: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Recruitment of Newcomers and Refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- Relationships with Indigenous Communities: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
