Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Woking and the surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you will be visiting our clients in their own homes, providing support with everyday tasks, and enriching their lives in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal care, including helping clients with showering, bathing, and dressing
  • Assisting with meal preparation and snacks
  • Helping with laundry and light housework
  • Supporting clients to access the community
  • Prompting and administering medication
  • Providing companionship and social interaction

Requirements

  • A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference
  • A full UK driving license and use of a car
  • Experience is not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Proof of right-to-work in the United Kingdom
  • Reliability, flexibility, hard work, and honesty
  • Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
  • Ability to work as part of a team
