About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Al-Ameen Halal Poultry Supplies Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of halal meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Cut and Trim Meats: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, adhering to our company's guidelines and regulations.
  • Package and Label Meats: Wrap and package prepared meats, ensuring accurate labeling and packaging to meet customer requirements.
  • Remove Bones and Cut Poultry: Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts, maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Operate Equipment: Operate power grinders and slicing machines, ensuring they are properly maintained and calibrated to meet our quality standards.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Site Environment: Our production facility is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Language and Communication: You will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and management, with a strong understanding of English language and communication skills.
