Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will contribute to Laura's success by researching, creating, and producing brand-right graphic design elements to support print and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the elaboration of creative ideas.
  • Render graphic elements using traditional tools, multimedia, image processing, and design software.
  • Participate in the creation and iteration of a range of visuals for print and digital environments.
  • Contribute to the brand expression by translating current design trends.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Digital, Marketing & eCommerce Team to translate the marketing intent, while ensuring timely execution.
  • Ensure all information is detailed and accurate.
  • Ensure all delivery deadlines are met and respected.
  • Monitor competitors' graphic activities and trends.
  • Research new material, new concepts, and ideas that reflect the seasonal direction of the photography.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe XD is an asset).
  • A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, both in print and digital media.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A basic understanding of image retouching and optimization techniques.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for aesthetics is a plus.
