Shift Manager

MR SUB is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance, informing management decisions
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers
- Work under pressure to meet customer demand and maintain quality standards
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical activity
- Client focus and excellent customer service skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
