  • Respond promptly to ad-hoc developer OnPoint WebOps Pipeline and Drupal CLI support requests.
  • Build, scale, and maintain infrastructure on Google Kubernetes Engine.
  • Apply system and application security patches.
  • Create and test deployment plans for new services, solutions, and updates.
  • Follow and digest detailed technical instructions.
  • Document issues, solutions, and network environments.
  • Collaborate with internal team and accept feedback.
  • Respond promptly to support requests from clients through a ticketing system and email.
  • Participate in an on-call, after-hours/weekends rotation schedule for urgent/critical issues.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards across the cloud environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud infrastructure needs and projects, and troubleshoot deployment issues.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, preferably with Kubernetes Engine.
  • Experience working with GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Ability to explain complex technical scenarios to clients in language they can understand.
  • Exceptional skills in troubleshooting and critical thinking.
  • Experience with configuring monitoring and observability systems with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

  • Knowledge in scaling, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems running Docker, Ubuntu Linux, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, MariaDB, Postgres, and PHP.
  • Deep understanding of best practices in website and database security.
Bonus
