Vehicle Body Repair Professional

We are seeking a skilled Automobile Body Repair Specialist to join our team at Davidson Contract Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality repairs and maintenance of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Maintain Workspace: Ensure a safe and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Repair and Replace Body Components: Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame, as well as underbody components, to ensure vehicles are restored to their original condition.
- Surface Preparation and Painting: File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, and apply primers and repaint surfaces.
- Operate Equipment and Tools: Operate soldering equipment, use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams, and mix paint, blend, and match colors.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Education and Certification: Possess a trade certification in Motor Vehicle Body Repairer, such as the Motor Vehicle Body Repairer Trade Certification.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the automotive collision repair industry, with excellent attention to detail, physical stamina, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependable, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
