Retail Store Manager

Urban Grocer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth, and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement sales plans, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
