Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to join our team at JAGDEEP BAWA. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a well-stocked pantry and fridge
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their personal hygiene and social development needs are met
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, encouraging their growth and development
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their physical and mental well-being
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring a balanced and healthy diet for the children
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and reassurance when needed
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a nanny or childcare role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents and children
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a private home environment, with a focus on providing exceptional care and supervision to our children
  • Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Physically demanding role, requiring the ability to lift, bend, and move with ease
Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our household, and proficiency in English is required for this role.
