About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Williams Towing Service Ltd. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while safely and efficiently towing vehicles to designated locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Towing Operations: Safely and efficiently tow vehicles to designated locations, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to towing operations, customer complaints, and other challenges that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Skills: Professionalism in customer service, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and be physically demanding
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: On the road, with frequent travel and overnight stays
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
