Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
    • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
    • Establish and maintain financial controls and procedures

    • Oversee the implementation of operational policies and procedures
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and develop a team of middle managers, directors, or other executive staff

Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP degree in a relevant field
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in a corporate controller or similar role

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
