Teck Resources Limited is seeking a skilled Leadership Development Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in implementing and managing leadership and development programs at our site.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement leadership development programs that align with corporate objectives and values.
- Collaborate with site management, HR teams, and corporate leadership to identify development needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure all leadership and development activities comply with corporate policies, industry regulations, and site-specific safety standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by assessing the effectiveness of leadership and development programs and making recommendations for enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify priority objectives and track progress.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
- Minimum of five to seven years of Human Resources or Leadership experience with a focus on employee development.
- Strong knowledge of leadership development theories and best practices.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
