Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design menus and assess food requirements for effective execution.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain quality standards.
  • Provide training to staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Manage the ordering of supplies and kitchen equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and assist them in their tasks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
  • Oversee overall kitchen operations.
