Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at our Pointe-aux-Trembles location. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
