Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our jewelry and merchandise through meticulous inspection and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of jewelry and other merchandise to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Update production quality control (QC) results on our internal data dashboard.
  • Review and inspect Top samples, Initial production, and New Launch production with precision and report defects if any.
  • Proactively identify gaps and areas of improvement to upgrade the QC process and take ownership of improvement projects.
  • Operate XRF machine for related testing and update results to QC dashboard.
  • Operate Diamond tester, Gross weight check machine for final QC reporting.
  • Assist with pre-QC racks placements and closing it daily.
  • Collaborate with the team lead for RTV units packaging and reporting process.
  • Inspect and report Made-to-order production to the assigned channel.
  • Review and update Supplier compliance audit log and other weekly and monthly reports.
  • Operate microscope, diamond tester, gross weight machine on requirement basis.
  • Sort, organize, and report obsolete inventory, QC samples, and other materials.
  • Conduct inventory audits when required.
  • Train new associates on the QC process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of jewelry quality control experience.
  • Highly organized with focus on execution, problem-solving, and improving processes.
  • Exceptional time management skills and accountability.
  • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment.
  • Team player with an ability to work collaboratively.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter.
  • Robust computer skills, including Excel.
  • Gemology certification required.
