Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Jodha Transport Ltd. as a key member of our transportation operations.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate a straight or articulated truck to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle's condition, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage.
  • Cargo Handling: Load and unload goods, ensuring proper securing and safety of cargo.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Logistics: Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions, using GPS equipment and other navigation devices.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar field.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, and willingness to relocate for this position.
