Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our team at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile development of iOS or Android or both, with a strong preference for iOS. The successful candidate will be responsible for publishing updates to our commercially available iOS and Android apps, which are used by Canadian farmers. The apps are built on a relational local database and focus on data entry, with the ability to sync with a multi-tenant server database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a small Development Team of 5 to publish updates to the iOS and Android apps
• Add features, fix bugs, respond to customer enquiries, and reduce technical debt
• Utilize experience in mobile cross-platform development, such as Xamarin, React Native
• Leverage knowledge of RESTful APIs, OOP using C#, and building relational datasets with SQL or Entity Framework

Requirements:

• Experience in team development using VCS with Git, SVN, or Mercurial
• Knowledge of Azure cloud platform, Azure B2C, and OAuth
• Familiarity with the iOS build and deployment process, including provisioning profiles and certificates, tooling selection, app submission, XCode, and TestFlight
• Proficiency in MVVM pattern and Reactive extension
