Pharmascience is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating manufacturing processes to improve quality, costs, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supplier Selection: Participate in the selection of suppliers for raw materials and excipients.
  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases to support process improvements and supplier changes.
  • Manufacturing Transfer: Supervise the transfer of manufacturing processes to new equipment and facilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Investigate and resolve quality issues related to manufacturing processes.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes, including process improvement reports and technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical technology.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferably in process improvement, technology transfer, or formulation.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
