As an Accounting Specialist at ACE PROFESSIONAL CAREER INC, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
- Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
- Post journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
- Prepare trial balances and generate other financial reports.
- Complete tax remittance forms and other necessary government documentation.
- Provide personal bookkeeping services, including tax return preparation.
Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma, lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Employment DetailsLocation: Brampton, ON
Salary: $24.50 per hour
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week)
Working Hours: 09:00 to 17:00
