Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials

Create engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content, to promote our services and attract new clients.

Hire, Train, Direct and Motivate Staff

Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional results.

Manage Contracts

Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with clients, ensuring that our services meet their needs and expectations.

Market Business Services

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business services, including market research, advertising, and public relations.

Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that expenses are aligned with business objectives and that we achieve maximum ROI.

Initiate and Maintain Contact with the Media

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to promote our services and build our brand.

Maintain and Manage Digital Database

Oversee the development and maintenance of our digital database, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a recruitment agency or a related industry.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and media representatives.

Area of Specialization

Interactive/new media, advertising, communications, market research, and marketing.

Security and Safety

Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and creativity.

Green Job
