Job Title: Senior Radiation Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Radiation Surveyor to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiation protection and a proven track record of conducting radiation surveys in compliance with ES&H and RP programs. They will be responsible for collecting samples for analysis, identifying and monitoring nuclear hazards, and developing and implementing health and safety plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct radiation surveys in compliance with ES&H and RP programs
  • Collect samples for analysis and identify nuclear hazards
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans
  • Ensure health and safety procedures and regulations are followed
  • Perform worker pre-job briefs associated with known or possible hazards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5+ years of experience in radiation protection
  • Strong knowledge of ES&H and RP programs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
