Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at K&D Cleaning and Staffing Services Limited. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy space
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and dust-free environment
  • Make beds and change sheets to maintain a clean and comfortable living space
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Stock linen closet to maintain a clean and organized space
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to maintain a clean and organized space
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to ensure a clean and comfortable living space
  • Provide basic information on facilities to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized space
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene to ensure a clean and comfortable living space
  • Launder clothing and household linens to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Mend clothing and linens to ensure a clean and organized space
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and dust-free environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Requirements
  • Criminal record check to ensure a safe and secure environment
