Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bakery Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our pastry chefs in preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory treats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking
    • Assist in preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and breads.
    • Bake and decorate cakes and other sweet treats to meet our high standards.
  • Requisition and Inventory
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
    • Assist in taking orders and answering customer inquiries.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Setting
    • Bakery or restaurant environment.
