At Harry Rosen, we're seeking a skilled Clothing Advisor to join our Store team, specializing in Ermenegildo Zegna. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
  • Demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury menswear, with a focus on Ermenegildo Zegna
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and product knowledge to educate clients on our luxury brands
  • Participating in merchandising activities and store maintenance to ensure a world-class shopping experience
  • Utilizing technology to drive new business and follow up with clients on their needs
  • Preparing for appointments and client meetings to maximize add-on sales
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Experience working in various departments, including sportswear, footwear, accessories, and tailored clothing
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and inspiring repeat business
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and participate in training initiatives
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in retail customer service
