Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant /R.E.D. Holdings Inc. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Package take-out food and prepare it for customers in a timely manner.
  • Portion and wrap foods according to our quality standards.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a wide range of options for our customers.
  • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet our quality standards.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers.
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. You will also work under pressure to meet customer demands and maintain a clean and safe environment.
