About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Factory Labourer to join our team at NTI Boilers Inc. in a manufacturing and industrial plant setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labour tasks in a fast-paced environment, including handling heavy loads and working in a physically demanding setting.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate in quality control checks and report any defects or issues to management.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and repetitive tasks.
  • Handling heavy loads and physically demanding work.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to work in a cold/refrigerated environment.
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a manufacturing and industrial plant setting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery operation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work priorities and deadlines.
