About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our Community Branch Network Division at 019987 Hub International Insurance Brokers. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and growing our business in the Aldergrove area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ICBC and private auto coverage to clients
  • Assist in the office by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones, and performing administrative tasks
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and understanding
  • Set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production
  • Ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC, and Privacy Act rules and regulations
  • Manage ICBC inventory and handle documentation and funds
  • Continuously develop professional skills and abilities to enhance performance
  • Represent HUB International and uphold our values, mission, and vision
  • May be required to travel between community branches to support business needs
Requirements
  • Level 1 General Insurance License
  • 6+ months of previous insurance experience
  • Strong communication and written skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients through a customer service mindset
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Industry designation or working towards one
