Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Agent to join our team. As a Quality Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our store, ensuring a great client experience through visual pride and cleanliness of our sales floor, backstage, and washrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and execute quality cleaning timelines to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Complete daily tasks and checklists to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Organize stock, supplies, testers, and samples to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
  • Maintain Sephora's visual and merchandising standards at all times, including maintaining standards of cleanliness and organization within assigned zones.
  • Assist in maintaining standards of safety and cleanliness of backstage areas, including stock rooms, lockers, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
  • Assist in the maintenance of store animation and events.
  • Replenish product quantities on the sales floor, adhering to Loss Prevention Standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in the retail or service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A flexible work schedule, including ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
