Job Title: Machining Tool Operator, CNC

We are seeking a skilled Machining Tool Operator to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC machines to perform repetitive machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and set up CNC machines to perform machining operations
  • Verify dimensions of machined parts using precise measuring instruments
  • Prepare etching solutions and immerse metal parts or workpieces into the solution to remove unwanted portions
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
  • Enter codes specifying speed, feed, and cut of the toolpath for CNC machine tools
  • Clean and maintain workspaces
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a custom machine shop or manufacturing environment
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overtime required
