About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a key role in helping everyday Canadians achieve their personal and financial goals by making home goods affordable through weekly and monthly payment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Educate customers on our lease-to-own products and services
  • Maximize sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
