About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team at Critical Mass. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with our clients to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to design and develop digital experiences that meet our clients' business objectives.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior digital project manager in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
