Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Telford Food Services.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food service operations.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Permanent employment with Telford Food Services.
- 30-40 hours of work per week.
- English language as the primary language of work.
