Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at SUPER INDIA FOOD MARKET INC. as a Shelf Stocker. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store's shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing, while also providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Stocking: Receive and inspect products, and manage stock inventory electronically to ensure accurate and efficient stocking of shelves.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers in carrying purchases to their vehicles and loading orders, and provide guidance on the location of specific items.
  • Inventory Management: Place orders for new stock and maintain records of incoming inventory to ensure that our shelves are always fully stocked.
  • Visual Merchandising: Arrange products on shelves and in display areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and label items with prices according to the set price list.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate equipment such as an electric pallet jack for moving stock, and perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Order Picking and Fulfillment: Engage in order picking and provide customer service to ensure that customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) is required for this role.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week is the standard work schedule for this role.
